| Secondary school should be the stage that students from children to maturity.At puberty students tend to rebel, during this period discipline students is acommon problem. Discipline students disturb the normal teaching order and have anadverse impact on themselves and others, but the teachers are very dilemma in dealingwith the issue of discipline students. During the2006National People’s Congress,Shao Xizhen as the Shijiazhuang Secondary School Principals tells a current teacher’sfrustration and anxiety: because of the one-sided emphasis on appreciation andrespect for people-centered education, the whole society formed an abnormalprotection, when students made a mistake, the teacher simply does not daretube.’This study for teachers in dealing with discipline students, analyze the reasonsto identify and discipline students deal with countermeasures, be able to deal withteachers in order to provide a reference on the discipline and students to realize thehealthy development of students, build harmonious campus environment.This article is structured with five parts:In part1, the basic conceptions are discussed and analyzing, such as disciplinestudents, comparisons of performance of the discipline the students the concepts anddiscipline of students and their adversely affected.In part2, the theoretic bases are analyzed from the systemic theory, conflicttheory and humanism.Part3focuses on the difficulties exist in handle the discipline students.Part4focuses on the causes of the difficulties exist in handle the disciplinestudents.Part5focuses on the strategy for dealing with the existing difficulties, identifycountermeasures to solve the predicament. |
