This paper aims to study and analysis of the Ming Dynasty linqing socialeconomic and cultural development of traditional Chinese change, later age canaland city change interaction. The full text is divided into three chapters, about thirtythousand words. Introduction of the significance of the topic and the mainliterature, a review of previous academic tradition, and illustrate the writing ideaand framework; the first chapter through the investigation of the Ming Dynasty,and commercial water transport linqing city interaction, discussion was flourishingdrove Linqing City development, and for after the chapter discusses two; secondchapter through the inspection of the canal economy on the imperial examination,college, library, family influence, discuss the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal onthe linqing cultural role; third chapter analysis of Linqing squire, Ming Dynasty folkarchitecture and the basic situation, to interpret the River on Linqing customcultural influences; the epilogue summarizes the basic viewpoints, illustrate theBeijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal and Linqing City changes close relationship.
