Recently, in compulsory education more than50%students has participated insupplementary tutoring, which has become a very common education phenomenonover the country, especially in cities, the training market is more prosperous.Someparents consider that the training system is the necessary supplement of schooleducation. With the competitiveness of both entering a higher education and seekingemployment being more and more severe, family education consumption has increaseyear by year,the alternative education consumption always increase over the years.How to guild the family to consume rationally,how to use the policies、laws andregulations to regulate and control the growing supplementary-tutoring markets,howfamilies、schools and government play their roles have significant meaning to improvethe quality education.This article seeks to analysis the different and the effect factors in familyalternative education consumption in compulsory education, then find the problemswhich exposes in it, and supply families、schools and government some advices tohow to consume rationally. This research use demonstration methods, according to thequestionnaires and real interviews of primary school in WuYuan Country, JiangXiProvince, on the basis of getting raw data to gather statistics and analyze, get thegeneral situation of compulsory education stage students’ families in alternativeeducation consumption of current situation, problems, causes and factors.This paper has been divided into four parts. The first part is about theintroduction, including the origin, research meaning、goal、method, theory parts andconcept definition, The second part is the literature review and comments, The thirdpart is through the current investigation to acquire the situation of the supplementarytutoring and specialty training. The fourth part is the analyzing of the effect factors offamily alternative education consumption. The fifth parts is according to the analysesto find the questions has been existed, The sixth part is according to the questionswhich existed, on the foundation of the research results, combine the reality todiscuss the policy proposals.
