Research On The Risk Management Of Informatization At Guangxi Health Vocational Technology College

The development of university informatization level is the measure of the comprehensive level of colleges in a country.During many years of construction and fumble, the informational construction in our country has developed rapidly in infrastructure, digital information resources, the campus management mode, and the teaching research. Although the rapid development of modem information technology provides great support for the development of the university informatization.Nevertheless, with the increasing input of the informational construction of manpower and material resources, the deviation and error which appeared in the decision-making and management and instability with technology will bring risk issues to the informational construction, the risk issues throughout the university’s information construction always affect the effectiveness of the informational construction and implementation.Firstly,based on the specific situation, afier having main content of our university informatization construction project, direction of development and the problems,this paper have a detailed study and discussion of the present situation of the informatization construction in our country.Taking the information program of GUANGXI Health Vocational Technology College for example, we use the risk management approach to discern and assess the various risk of information program of GUANGXI Health Vocational Technology College. Meanwhile, in view of various risks type of the university informatization projects, this paper proposes some measures of risk,such as establishing reacting mechanism of risk, the risk transfer, risk monitoring,which aims to provide further information construction of guidance, and to provide experiences for other university informatization construction projects.
