With the economy vigorously developed, as well as the country's attention to higher education, higher education entered into a new stage of leapfrog development, it made college enrollment become a common phenomenon. And with the college students continuously increased, college infrastructure has encountered the bottleneck of capital financing. In this background, the country began to promote the socialization reform of college logistic, thus to alleviate the financing difficult faced in the process of college development, at the same time, reduce the pressure of national investment in education. The logistic socialization reform and various financing channels'entering into the college infrastructure construction will inevitably bring about related risk, How to effectively manage the risk of college infrastructure financing channels becomes more and more important.This article analyzed the BOT project's basic situation of area A student apartment in G college, and applied risk checklist to identify this project's risk, determined the four stage of the overall project risk. On this basis, established the evaluation index system of overall risk and each phase risk, applied fuzzy AHP method to establish each evaluation indexes'weight, and invited experts to assess the probability of risk indexes, thus to determine this project's overall risk value and each phase risk value. After above analyzed, put forward this project's risk response measurement and some suggestions for strengthen BOT project risk management of college student apartment. The main content of this article are as follows:The first chapter is introduction. It described the background of the topic and its significance, via reading literature at home and abroad, this article made the research direction, presented the content, and the methods of this article.Chapter Two is the overview of relevant theories. It introduced the concept of risk and risk management, summarized the main content of risk management, and presented the basic theory of BOT financing mode.Chapter Three is the profile of area A student apartment BOT project in college G. This chapter mainly presented some basic institution of this project, and established the feasibility of this project.Chapter Four is the risk management of area A student apartment BOT project in college G. Via identifying the risk, entertained risk evaluation index system, and applied fuzzy AHP method to conduct risk evaluating, on this basis, proposed risk response measurement of each phases.The fifth chapter is the proposal of risk management in order to strengthen risk management of higher college student apartment BOT project. Such as personnel training, government support and Project pre-assessment and so on.The sixth chapter is summary and prospect. This paper summarized the results of this research and put forward the further study of the proposed article.
