Research On Operational Risk Management Of Guangxi Vocational Skills Training Base Project

This paper studies the operational risk management of Guangxi vocational skills training base project.Firstly,it combines the current situation of vocational skill training,the practice and theory of training base operation;secondly,it analyzes the project background,construction planning,operation management,policy,location,opportunity,market,society and benefit of the public training base,and adopts SWOT analysis,brainstorming meeting and expert interview.At the same time,by using the project management method,the risk factors after classification and quantification are identified,and the main risk points affecting the project operation management are evaluated and analyzed.Finally,according to the risk assessment situation,the risk prevention and control methods of the project operation management are put forward.This paper provides a reference for the effective control of risks in the operation management and construction investment of the training base project,provides a reference for the project construction,organization and operation,organization and management,guarantees the smooth progress of the project,and realizes the expected economic and social benefits.
