| University informatization project construction for plays an important role in the development of colleges and universities in our country,informatization has fully into the colleges and universities teaching,scientific research,management and service of all levels.With the emergence of various new technologies,new methods,the risk of information construction of colleges and universities has become more and more complex,the risk management changes more and more important.Based on Weifang technician institute as the breakthrough point,this paper detailed the elder sister swept the school informationization status,content and characteristics of the project,the project process is divided into project planning phase,project development period and three stages of operational phase of the project,the basic situation of college informatization project overview and analysis on the basis of using the expert scoring method,the KANO model and risk matrix method,respectively,three stages of the project risk identification and assessment,the possible risk factors of each stage is divided into five levels,and proposes the corresponding risk coping strategies,reduce college informatization project risk.Finally,IT applications and users from the school three dimensions proposed Weifang technician college informatization index system for performance evaluation of project risk management,to evaluate college information risk management situation.In this paper,we study the risk management of informationization project of Weifang Technician College,and get the main risk factors in different stages of university informatization project.We classify the risk factors according to different types of risks and different degrees of risk,We construct the risk management performance evaluation system of informationization project of Weifang Technician College.Through to the Weifang technician institute informationization project risk management to ensure the smooth progress of the project to reduce risk loss,at the same time for the national colleges and universities and some construction have little effect. |
