Research On Risk Management Mechanism Of University Infrastructure Projects

Since the reform and opening up,China has continued to increase investment in higher education.Thanks to the continued growth of financial investment,the number of college infrastructure projects continued to grow.But we should also see in the field of university infrastructure quality problems emerge in an endless stream of corruption,engineering project,this is in a state of bull management of university infrastructure projects,on the other hand with the construction project itself on large investment and long period.The characteristics of the capital construction projects in Colleges and universities are different from the general infrastructure projects,and the factors that affect them are more and more complex.In the field of engineering,we study the concept of risk management abroad,and implement it in many important projects.However,due to the special management of the infrastructure projects in Colleges and universities in China,the advanced risk management concept has not been widely used in the infrastructure projects in Colleges and universities.In the face of China's university enrollment,college relocation and expansion boom,it is necessary to combine the actual characteristics of infrastructure projects,consistent with the University's construction project risk management mechanism,so as to strengthen the construction project quality control,financial control,ensure project construction in the budget to quality constraints,to achieve the expected progress.In this paper,Y university infrastructure projects,for example,aims to study the characteristics of infrastructure projects in line with the risk management mechanism.This article can be divided into the following five parts: one is the overview of the theory of risk management,the main development direction management concepts,characteristics and development stage,the theory of risk management at home and abroad;the two is the current situation of infrastructure projects in Colleges and universities of our country and the existing problems,explains the necessity of the application of University's construction project risk management theory;the three is based on the main steps of risk management: risk identification,risk assessment,risk response,risk management mechanism of university infrastructure projects are studied,puts forward the theoretical framework;the four is based on risk management theory frame,the construction project Y University as an example,the application,in order to verify the applicability of the theoretical framework.Five is the theoretical summary and outlook.Based on the present situation of the risk management of capital construction projects in Colleges and universities,this paper has some reference value and significance for the research and practice of risk management of such projects.
