The students with difficulties in learning Mathematics is one of the main points in the Mathematics education study. As a special one, students with incorrect learning approach have been always faced in class. It is necessary to pay highly attention on them and to give more study on them. In fact, the students should master two kinds of knowledge:one is knowledge itself, and the other one is the way how to grasp knowledge. Make sure to help them to obtain good study characters and to achieve fitted learning methods. It is not only the focus of education, but also the honorable mission by our time.First, the study significance and the study approach of this task have been clarified in this paper. Second, the relevant research about the students with learning difficulties in China and abroad, about the learning approach, about the Mathematics learning approach, and about the understanding of incorrect learning approach have been summarized in this paper, on this basis the key concepts have been defined, the main types of students with difficulties in learning Mathematics which due to incorrect learning approach and the main theoretical basis have been defined. Third, a questionary to investigate the Mathematics learning approach of junior students has been made, and the result has been analysed in this paper. Last, individual studies on different types of the students with incorrect mathematics learning approach have been summarized in this paper, and teaching strategies have been put forward:(1) correct teaching concept;(2) improve students’learning interesting in Mathematics;(3) help students to develop good learning habit;(4) enrich teaching style in Mathematics class;(5) enhance emotional communication between teachers and students, or within students;(6) enhance individual teaching, improve students’thinking ability in Mathematics.Four cases have been studied in this paper:(1) incorrect approach due to poor fundamental knowledge;(2) incorrect approach due to poor learning attitude;(3) incorrect approach due to week will and character;(4) incorrect approach due to students’un-proper understanding of Mathematics and students themselves. The conclusions have been made in this paper:(1) improving the learning approach is an important and practicable way to better the present situation of junior students with difficulties in learning Mathematics which due to incorrect approach;(2) the junior students with difficulties in learning Mathematics which due to incorrect approach can be divided into four types based on the reasons of incorrect approach;(3) by implying the teaching strategy mentioned in this paper in class, learning approach has been improved, learning capability has been improved and teaching purpose has been achieved.The innovation in this paper is:increase the study achievements of the students with learning difficulties by improving their learning approach, improving their learning ability and thinking in Mathematics.
