| The highest aim and core idea of the new curriculum series reform is "all for the development of every student".Among them,"every student" emphasizes that education should pay attention to all students,especially those who are easily marginalized in teaching.Mathematics has always played an important role in the curriculum structure of primary and secondary schools.However,due to its high level of abstraction,rigorous logic and other characteristics,the group of students with mathematics learning difficulties is large.In addition,due to the influence of improper teaching and other factors,the development and transformation of students with mathematics learning difficulties has become difficult.Therefore,in the current educational environment,the transformation of students with mathematics learning difficulties is still an important problem in educational practice.The unique advantages of group cooperative learning provide the possibility for the transformation of students with mathematics learning difficulties,and many scholars have carried out relevant theoretical elaboration.However,in the practice of mathematics teaching,how to implement group mutual learning can promote the transformation of students with mathematics learning difficulties.In view of this,the related research is insufficient.From this point of view,based on group mutual learning,this study constructs the transformation strategy of students with mathematics learning difficulties,and conducts practical research in order to promote the transformation of students with mathematics learning difficulties by virtue of their advantages.The main contents of this study can be divided into the following three aspects:first of all,through the literature research method to study the related theories of group mutual aid learning,learning disabled students and learning disabled students in mathematics,based on the group dynamics theory,constructivism theory,multiple intelligence theory and humanism theory,this paper analyzes the advantages of using group mutual aid learning to transform learning disabled students in mathematics.Secondly,take a middle school in Bazhou as an example,through questionnaire and interview to investigate the current situation of the students with mathematics learning difficulties in the first grade of junior high school,analyze the existing problems in their mathematics learning,and understand the teachers’ understanding of the students with mathematics learning difficulties and their transformation methods.On this basis,the transformation strategy of the students with mathematics learning difficulties is constructed based on group mutual learning.Finally,according to the transformation strategy,based on the group mutual learning to carry out the practical research on the students with mathematics learning difficulties,set up the control experiment,control the teaching mode as a single independent variable,respectively,the control group and the experimental group of mathematics learning difficulties students’ mathematics learning achievement,mathematics learning interest,mathematics learning attitude,mathematics classroom participation were tested before and after.Using SPSS to carry out t-test and descriptive statistics on the relevant data,combined with case interviews,to verify the transformation effect of group cooperative learning under the improved strategy on the students with mathematics learning difficulties.The conclusions are as follows:(1)in the process of group mutual learning,the following strategies can be adopted to promote the transformation of students with mathematics learning difficulties:carefully set up a group to train the cooperation skills of the poor students;Ingenious creation of cooperation content to stimulate the learning motivation of the students with a few difficulties;pay attention to independent inquiry learning,lead to the deep thinking of the students with several difficulties;to guide the cooperation and exchange within the group,and ensure the effective participation of the students who are poor in number;display and evaluate diversity,optimize learning experience of poor students;design class exercises in different levels to make up for the learning basis of the poor students.(2)Through practical research,it is found that group cooperative learning has a good effect on the transformation of students with mathematics learning difficulties,which significantly improves their mathematics learning performance,interest in mathematics learning,attitude towards mathematics learning,and participation in mathematics class.However,the effect of group cooperative learning on students with mathematics learning difficulties at different levels is different,which varies from person to person.The above conclusions provide theoretical basis and practical reference for the first-line teachers to optimize group mutual aid teaching and promote the transformation of students with mathematics learning difficulties. |
