With the rapid development of the internet, interpersonal relationship becomes an important part of network behavior for internet users. College students, as the most sensitive people to accept new things, are affected profoundly and enormously by the internet. But in the actual life, the problems of interpersonal relationship have become the important issue affecting the development of the students themselves. Campus network, as the network communication platform most close to students, teachers and school life, as a distance learning platform with abundant resources, could strengthen the relationship and sharing between students and teachers. This research believes that the systematical analysis of campus BBS users’relationships has both theoretical and practical significance. Based on existing findings and combined with the actual survey, the writer systematically analyzes campus BBS users’ relationship.This thesis includes six parts:Part I is introduction. It desctibes the background and significance of this research, and points out the approach and the target of this research.Part II states the definition of concepts related to BBS of university, discusses the process and factors during the formation of both network communication and realistic communication.Part III describes the production of the questionnaire. In order to ensure the objectivity and effectiveness, the author designs a series of steps:semi-structured interviews, open-ended questionnaire, preparing-test, initial-test, and finally devises the formal questionnaire.Part IV presents the cases for survey. The author uploads the questionnaire to the BBS of4universities in Hunan province, and encourages the users to play a role in the survey.Meanwhile, the author clears up the documents and materials.Part V analyzes the questionnaire, and summarizes the concluds:①Network communication process presents tendency more dynamically uncontinuously and rapidly, with less emotional injection but more demanding than reality communication.②The influencing factors of communication, during the processes of begining, sustaining and alienation, are different. Idea and behavior with smooth communication play a more important role in the network communication while personal characteristics in reality communication.③Network communication with less trust is difficult to get the state of self-exploring and sharing in reality communication, but the users adopt a positive attitude to communicative behaviors.④Network communication and the reality communication are interrelated and interact on each other.Thus this thesis concluds the principles in constructing harmonious interpersonal relationship of campus BBS:equallity, mutually benefit, propriety and empathy, and the methods to construct:impartial evaluation system, reasonable integration of resources, combination of rule and freedom, and avoiding negative effects.Part VI is the summary of the main conclusion. Meanwhile, the author clears up the defects of this research, and lists the future plans and prospects.
