The Perspective Of Rural Community's Interpersonal Networks Under The Context Of Social Transformation

What is well-known that Chinese is a relationship-standard society,and relationship is a key cut-in point to know Chinese society.As to the research of microcosmic aspect of relationship,that is to say,interpersonal relationship,the author insists that it has unassailable significance.During the academic community,Fei xiaotong's Cha xu ge ju can be called classical research,but undeniably,Cha xu ge ju roots in traditional Chinese society.At the present time,going with the advancement of social transformation,the methods and the quality of communication of members in rural areas have been greatly changed,and the behavioral logic of the villagers also have been changed a lot.According to these changes,this paper will adopt the perspective of social network analysis,and take the method of gender analysis,to study the relationships during everyday life of countrymen,and what is more,to discuss the nature of the interpersonal network in rural area;what is more,giving attention to Gender perspective can make up the pity of the absence of women in the former research;also this study can provide gist for government's decision-making and urge the construction of harmonious rural community and society.This research adopts the approach of statistical investigation,and applies questionnaires to collect data.During the collecting of specific samples,the author takes the method of subjective sampling,according to the classification of "elite" and "non-elite ",the author marks off"elite "and "ordinary villager ",and operates "elite "to "lineal elites "and "elites out of system ",on the basis of this operation,the author pick out two hundreds samples.At the same time,in order to fetch up the regret of lower-representative of subjective sampling,this disquisition also adopts in-depth interview,so that we can dig reality furthest.Through analyzing these collected data, author notices such phenomenon,they are,as to writer's hometown,the former ruling position of blood relationship and kinship in the interpersonal network of villager have been taken place by friendship.That is to say,universalism has taken the place of particularism,and has been playing the dominating role.What is more,this found is especially evident in some specific groups,such as different age groups,different occupational groups and different educational groups and so on.At the same time,as to the investigate target,the interpersonal networks of two sexes are gradually same to each other.Or to say accurately,the interpersonal network of women is superior to the men network slightly.
