Study On The Interpersonal Relationship Network Of Immigrant Communities In Ethnic Areas

This study takes Deji new village as a case to study the interpersonal network of immigrant community,using fieldwork and in-depth interviews to obtain first-hand data,at the same time,complementing materials by combining observation and literature review.This paper is divided into seven parts.The first part is the introduction,explaining the thesis from the research background,the meaning of the topic,the related literature review,the definition of the concept,and the research methods and ideas.The second part mainly introduces the background of the immigration project in Tianzhu County and the general situation of Deji new village.The third part describes the current situation of interpersonal relationship among immigrants in the new village from three dimensions: kinship relationship,geographical relationship and business relationship.The fourth part combs out the formation of the interpersonal relationship network after the immigration of Deji New Village and the current structure.The fifth part summarizes the characteristics of the interpersonal relationship network of the immigrants in Deji New Village.The sixth part is about the development trend and ideal form of immigration network structure.The last part starts from the macro level,discussing the significance of interpersonal network to the development of immigrants themselves and the formation of benign order in immigrant communities.
