Because of the high randomness, openness, fuzziness and self-organizing properties inthe spreading of the information, the interpersonal relationship network of the informationtransmission environment is becoming more and more complicated. This has causeddifficulty to analyze and dig out the realistic interpersonal relationship network. At presentthe basic model of the complex networks cannot be very good to represent the realfeatures of the interpersonal relationship network. The problem is always lack of effectiveexperimental method for study. In recent years, in the complex system research fields, themethod of combining the Micro-individuals with macro-whole has been put forward, which provides some new ideas for solving the problem. In this paper, firstly, we have mined the basic properties of the individuals from themicroscopic level. The four basic models of the complex networks are considered as theinitial models of the interpersonal relationship network. Then we have brought in thethoughts of heredity as well as variation, and put forward the fitness of individual heredityand variation. Secondly, we have digged out the specific characteristics of theinterpersonal relationship network from the evolution of the macro level。We have giventhe evolving rules of network based on the "Community balance theory" and the "Benefitdriving mechanism‖. At last, we have generated the interpersonal relationship networkbased on many individual characteristics. We have designed several times of numerical simulations and social network analysison the established platform of the relationship network. We found that, the complexinterpersonal relationship network has high clusters, small average path length andobvious rich characteristics. There are little relationship between the initial network andthe evolution network. The evolution network has many isolated nodes. All of these areaccorded with the understanding of the real relationship network. All the differences indifferent basic models are reflected through the modeling rules of the interpersonalrelationship network, which also represent the feasibility of the network modeling rules. Moreover, the experiment platform is flexible designed, which has reduced the accidentalelement. We provide a new method for modeling the environment of the informationspreading.
