In the opportunity of the state’s promoting higher education reformation, batches of private colleges come into existence. Whether these colleges can develop healthily, stably and sustainably, teachers are the key points. A team of relatively independent teachers with stability and high quality are the basis for the college’s survival and development. But the current situation faced by the private colleges is that the loss of key teachers is very seriously and the overall quality of the teachers is not high, which are the urgent problems should be brought to the attention and should be solved as soon as possible.On the theoretical basis of the former researchers, and from the aspects of economics and human resources, by using sociology and statistics, this paper analyzes the mains reasons for the loss of the key employees in BH College and then put forward the countermeasures for solving this problem.First this paper analyzes the content and features of the key employees in BH college, and structures the identification model of these key employees combined the theory of the former researchers, and then come to the brief instructions for the misunderstanding of the key employees, on this basis, this paper structures a external and internal force model for reasons of key employees’losses, and concluded the main reasons for the loss of the key employees, such as the reason the college itself, the individual reason of the key employees as well as the social factors and so on, and meanwhile, it gives the brief analysis for these reasons. Furthermore, it analyzes the negative effects of the key employees’losses to the college. The emphasis of this paper is the survey analysis for the key employees’losses, as well as the management and countermeasures for the losses.Therefore, on the basis of the reality, this paper analyzes the teacher flow for the recent7years to find the main reasons for the key teachers’loss in BH College and the ways to solve this problem, so that BH College can use this as reference when establishing human resource related polices, at the same time, the colleges similar to BH College can also use this paper as reference to deal with the key teachers’loss problem.About the countermeasure for the key employees’loss, this paper focuses on the humanized management when managing the BH College key employees, that is communication goes first, which adopt bridge management method to form closed loop for the key employees, which is also the " before event-in event-after event" management mode mentioned in the paper, and as a result,these key employees will stay willingly, which also the main opinion of this paper.
