1992,"nine-year compulsory education full-time elementary school, secondary school curriculum plan (try out)" was implemented in China. It got the "activities" into the school curriculum plan, and points out that the "activity in the implementation of the comprehensive development of education with subject complement each other". Our primary school moral education activity courses of existing forms have a class meeting, early morning, social practice, and the young pioneers’activities. Just for primary school, because of age characteristics, their activities, attention, easy to disperse, but like all kinds of activity, can arouse students’enthusiasm in activities, suitable for their body and mind development condition, therefore, moral education activity curriculum can play a good moral education effect. But, for the present situation, because of the limitation of various factors, the elementary school moral education activities the implementation of course still has some problem that can not be ignored. This article through to the elementary school moral education activities on empirical survey course development condition, the comprehensive use a literature, questionnaire, interview method and so on many kinds of methods, the elementary school moral education activities of the problems existing in the course to research and explore, and then put forward a directional countermeasures, so as to promote the development of primary school moral education work.The article is divided into six parts. The first chapter of the introduction of this paper briefly introduced the writing original intention, to the existing research results related to the study of the paper, this paper illustrates the significance and the relevant core concept to define. The second chapter presents the main research method in this paper, the object of study and study of the theoretical basis. In the third chapter, it presents the investigation of moral education activities of three primary schools in HeXi district, a statistical analysis of the five aspects:subjectivity, content, form, goal, and the effect of moral education activity courses. The fourth chapter of the results for further discussion and analysis, and the reason is discussed in this paper. The fifth rules according to the present situation and the moral education activity courses are put forward the author’s education Suggestions. Finally, the authors conducted this study reflection.
