It has been 20 years since the comprehensive practical activity curriculum officially appeared in the field of basic education curriculum in 2001.The establishment of the comprehensive practical activity curriculum has far-reaching significance for optimizing the structure of basic education curriculum,enriching the types of courses and implementing the cultivation of students’ quality-oriented education.In 2017,the Ministry of Education issued the Guidance Outline of Comprehensive Practical Activity Curriculum for Primary and Secondary Schools,which standardizes and guides the curriculum from the perspectives of curriculum nature and concept,curriculum objectives,content and methods,planning and implementation,and management guarantee.At present,there is still a certain gap between the expected picture and the actual appearance of the comprehensive practical activity curriculum,such as the haphazard and difficult implementation of the curriculum,and the imbalance and deficiency of the relevant abilities of the instructors,which affect the effective implementation of the curriculum.The level of curriculum competence of teachers of comprehensive practical activity courses directly affects the implementation effect of the curriculum,the quality cultivation of students and the professional development of teachers themselves.Therefore,the study of curriculum competence of teachers of comprehensive practical activity courses becomes the key to promote the efficient implementation of the curriculum.This study using literature analysis,questionnaire and interview method,from the teachers’ curriculum leadership,analysis of the literature review of comprehensive practical activity courses,clear boundary and study problems,on the basis of expert consultation and preliminary investigation,the current teacher’s curriculum of comprehensive practice curriculum leadership deconstruction,and put forward the curriculum understanding,curriculum development,curriculum implementation,curriculum evaluation forces with elements such as vision,leadership,team work force of curriculum leadership analysis model,and applies the analysis model for the status quo of teachers’ curriculum of comprehensive practice curriculum leadership survey,Found that teachers’ curriculum of comprehensive practice curriculum leadership is presented in good condition,but still there is a course to know it is not comprehensive,innovative methods course to form a single,of course,lack of attention and limited personal abilities,through the attribution analysis,found that influence teachers’ curriculum of comprehensive practice curriculum leadership play with ascending factors mainly in three aspects: teachers,schools,curriculum,such as teachers’ lack of professional learning and comprehensive understanding,school of curriculum value degree is not high and richness and complexity of the course itself,Corresponding suggestions and strategies for developing and improving the curriculum leadership of teachers of integrated practical activity courses are put forward from the perspectives of teachers,schools and local governments.Finally,the deficiencies of this study are analyzed and future studies are prospected.
