In recent decades, the study on the key factors and evaluation methods of teacher’s job satisfaction attracted a lot of attention of domestic and foreign scholars. But the study on teacher’s job satisfaction of Sino-foreign Cooperative Educational Program is rare. With Sino-foreign Cooperative Educational Program of T University as an example, this thesis mainly discusses the key factors and the present status of teacher’s job satisfaction in the Sino-foreign Cooperative Educational Program of T University, points out how to improve teacher’s satisfaction, and provides reference for formulating the management policies to Chinese-foreign cooperation school.This study applies the method of literature analysis, interview and questionnaire. Based on the literature analysis and teacher interview, the author makes the questionnaire of teacher’s job satisfaction of Sino-foreign Cooperative Educational Program of T University, which is tested by reliability. The questionnaire is used to survey and the data is used for statistic analysis. The results are as follows:1. The evaluation indexes of teacher’s job satisfaction in the program include seven dimensionalities:job itself, working conditions, working rewards, human relationship, leadership management, management rules and job stress.2. In general, the teacher’s job satisfaction is high in this program. In these dimensionalities, the others are in the satisfaction levels except the middle level for the working rewards.3. The teacher’s job satisfaction is influenced by different individual characteristics:(1) There are no significant differences at the dimensions of teacher’s job satisfaction of different sex. But female teachers are less satisfied with the total job satisfaction and each dimension than male;(2) There is significant difference at the total of teacher’s job satisfaction of different age. The teacher’s job satisfaction of this program performs "U" style with the increase of age;(3) There are no significant differences at the total of teacher’s job satisfaction of different marital status, and married teacher of this program are more satisfied with the total satisfaction than single;(4) There are no significant differences at the total and the dimensions of teacher’s job satisfaction of different working tenure in the program. But the teachers who work less than1year in this program are less satisfied than the teachers who work longer;(5) There are no significant differences at the total and the dimensions of teacher’s job satisfaction of different academic title, and teachers with senior professional titles have the highest total job satisfaction;(6) There are no significant differences at the total and the dimensions of teacher’s job satisfaction of different education degrees. But the teachers with doctor degree are more satisfied with the total satisfaction than the teachers with bachelor and master degree. Based on the above results, this thesis studies how to effectively enhance the teacher’s job satisfaction of Sino-foreign Cooperative Educational Program of T University and proposes appropriate countermeasures and suggestions.
