The internationalization of higher education is the inevitable trend in the development of higher education.Sino-foreign cooperative education is an effective form to adapt to the development of higher education internationalization.Since the early 1990 s,Sino-foreign cooperative education in China has lasted for more than 30 years.Since the accession to the WTO,Sino-foreign cooperative education has been accelerating and a large number of international talents have been cultivated.According to the characteristics and objectives of the Sino-foreign cooperativeeducation,fostering strengths and circumventing weaknesses in the development need to scan from different views to be good for the development.With “Evaluation of the Effect of the Sino-foreign cooperation in Running Colleges”as the theme,the paper has chosen a local college in Hubei province as an example and research through literature analysis,questionnaire investigation method.First of all,this paper explains the form,characteristics and the theme and meaning of effect appraisal of the Sino-foreign cooperation in running colleges.Secondly,compare the students of Wuhan Institute of Technology Sino-foreign cooperation With ordinary undergraduate students of the college.Analyze the college-running benefits through the level of teachers,personnel training,internal management and the four dimensions.Though the achievements of the Sino-foreign cooperative education of Wuhan Institute of Technology have been made,the actual running effect and quality need to be promoted.Specific problems are as follows: unreasonable curriculum,teachers' teaching quality needs to be promoted;Students' professional course qualified rate is low,the effect is bad;the internal management level is low,school tradition construction is not strong enough;importance is not attached to basic subjects;talents benefits cannot be guaranteed and so on.Finally,combining with the causes of problems,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward on how to improve the effect of Sino-foreign cooperation in running colleges,including improving teachers' level of Chinese-foreign cooperation in running colleges,stabilizing the teachers,stressing the cultivation of students' professional interest,urging students to concentrate in scientific ways,perfecting governance structure,promoting the college-running effect through scientific management and striving for excellent students of Sino-foreign cooperation in running colleges,and so on.
