Study On The Mechanism Of Students Participating In University Management Under The Mode Of Sino-foreign Cooperative Education

The participation of students in university management is an important subject in the reform and development process of higher education,an inevitable result of higher education democratization,and an important embodiment of the modern education concept of "student-centered" advocating love and equality,as well as a new direction and motivation for the university's internal management system.With the rapid development of the internationalization of higher education,Sino-foreign cooperative education has become a very important part of higher education.On the basis of extensive literature research,this study selects three international institutes in Dalian city as research objects and attempts to explore the theoretical basis and feasibility of students' participation in university management under the sino-foreign cooperative education mode.Questionnaire and interview were used to investigate and analyze the status quo of students' participation in university management in three institutes,then fully understand the situation of students'participation in university management and find out the existing problems of students' participation in management.Finally,this study tries to put forward the mechanism of students' participation in university management under the mode of Sino-foreign cooperative education by combining theoretical research with practice,and based on this,puts forward the countermeasures and Suggestions.The study consists of five parts:Chapter one:Introduction.This includes research background and significance;research methods and chapter arrangement of research content;Innovation point.Chapter two:Theoretical basis and literature review.Definition of related concepts(Sino-foreign cooperative education,student participation,efficient management,operational mechanism);relevant theories of students participating in the management mechanism of colleges and universities(stakeholder theory,group dynamics theory,mechanism design theory);The third chapter is research design.This chapter mainly describes the design and composition of the questionnaire,explains the reliability and validity of the questionnaire,and introduces the data collection.Meanwhile,descriptive statistical analysis was carried out for the collected sample data.The fourth chapter:the exploration of students participating in the management mechanism of colleges and universities under the Sino-foreign cooperative education mode.Analyze the status quo of students participating in university management;Find out the problems of students participating in the management mechanism of colleges and universities.The fifth chapter:According to the problems analyzed in the fourth chapter,the model of students' participation in efficient management is constructed.The countermeasures and suggestions for promoting students' participation in efficient management are proposed from three aspects.Finally,limitations and prospect of the research.
