In recent years,the pace of economic globalization has been accelerating,and the rapid development of higher education in China.With the rapid advancement of internationalization of education,Chinese-foreign cooperative education projects have emerged.The diversity of education has prompted higher education institutions to increasingly require more teachers.The reforms in the personnel system of higher and higher education institutions have also undergone tremendous changes.In this context,the Sino-foreign cooperative education project relies on the human resources of higher education and the human resources management system for the project is gradually perfected.The purpose of this article is to analyze the Z-Academy Sino-Foreign Cooperation Education Project based on the previous research on the performance appraisal system of teachers for Sino-foreign cooperative education projects.The current objectives of the Sino-Foreign Cooperation Education Project are: strategic objectives,teaching standards,scientific research capabilities,etc.Compare with ordinary universities to find out the differences,grasp the status quo of performance appraisal of Chinese-foreign cooperative education education teachers,identify deficiencies,and introduce performance appraisal methods such as MBO,360-degree,KPI key performance indicators,etc.The key performance indicators for performance appraisal work in teaching and scientific research of teachers of cooperative education projects,using the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weights of performance appraisal indicators,and constructing a performance appraisal system focusing on teachers of Chinese-foreign cooperative education projects.This paper starts from the basic situation of the Sino-foreign cooperative education project of Z Institute and takes the performance evaluation of Sino-foreign cooperative education project of Z Institute as a case.Through the investigation and analysis of the status quo of project performance evaluation,it finds relevant problems in the performance evaluation of the project and addresses the findings.Problems,to optimize the existing performance evaluation system.Through the study of the optimization process,we hope to provide reference for the improvement of the teaching and research performance evaluation system for teachers of Chinese-foreign cooperative education projects.
