In general,the situation of Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools in university of Anhui Province is backward.It develops very slowly.There are many difficulties in the running schools.In a long term,these problems will lead to quality problems.How to ensure the quality of running schools is the responsibility of each stakeholder.The internal teaching quality guarantee is best way to solve the problem.Internal teaching quality assurance is also known as the quality of teaching internal security,referring to the teaching to achieve the established goals and meet the needs of teachers and students,the conditions and implementation the school itself equipped.Sino-foreign cooperative education in the internal teaching quality assurance refers to the Sino-foreign cooperative education institutions or projects to make their own teaching to achieve the established goals and meet the needs of teachers and students,with the conditions and implementation of all activities.It has these characteristic the main Diversification,the difference of the protection objectives,the complexity of the protection elements,the organization of the joint nature of the characteristics.we can investigate it from five these elements teaching staff,personnel training objectives,curriculum,teaching management,source 0f students.We analyzed the status of the internal teaching quality assurance of Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools in university of Anhui province,according to the text and students' satisfaction.After the investigation,we found that there are some problems in the aspect of faculties.The first one is about the foreign teacher.The running schools lack foreign teachers and the teaching quality ofexisting foreign teachers is not so high.Besides,the running schools neglect the localization of foreign teacher.The second one is the management of different departments.As for talent cultivation,international characteristic is not obvious and it neglects students' comprehensive quality,personal development and general education.In the aspect of course,the structure is imbalanced and curriculum adaptability is not strong.There are also some problems in teaching management.The management organizational structure is not reasonable,and the way of teaching is old.The analysis and feedback of teaching quality is inadequate.The last problem of the running schools is the source of students.The admission standard for them is not high and students' motive is not clear.The main reason of these problems are the lack of policy support,the unbalance of professional structure,the inadequate of the introduction of resources high quality,the lack of internal teaching quality assurance system.What's more,the unique teaching quality culture has not been formed.There are many ways to improve the internal teaching quality assurance of Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools in university of Anhui Province.The first one is that we should establish the faculty employment system and promote the communication between the Chinese and foreign teachers.Then we should adjust the course structure and improve the adaptability of the curriculum.Innovating teaching organization and management mode is also a good way to insure the quality.we should also pay attention to the analysis and feedback of the teaching quality and reform enrollment and improve the quality of students.The last one is to build interior teaching quality guarantee mechanism and cultivate the internal teaching quality culture.
