At present our country graduate training mode is the tutorial system, therefore, during the entire graduate study career, tutor in postgraduate study, study, life has its irreplaceable position. Communication as a graduate student and tutor, thought, emotion information between each other in a process, the communication quality is directly related to the quality of postgraduate education.Based on this, this article through the questionnaire survey and interview methods combined, from communication environment, communication way, communication content, communication effects of four dimensions of the Postgraduate Tutor communication status were investigated in detail, at the same time from gender, grade, professional, have without working experience four respects for different groups of students and tutors communication circumstance made a difference to compare research, on the basis of analysis of the communication between the problems, and put forward the improving suggestions.In general, the graduate student and tutor of communication between the current situation nots allow hopeful. Graduate thinks generally, communicating with teachers, the effect is not obvious role is not outstanding, main show is in the following respects:master the communication between instructors and their growing role is not very big, not give full play to its function, master communicating with teachers subjective willing to strongly, but the objective lack of initiative; Postgraduate Tutor face-to-face average communication time is not long, the average frequency of the communication is not high. Communication channels over a single, more in the traditional way, place mainly in the teachers’office and classroom; communication mainly learn to give priority to, followed by research, finally is the specific aspects of daily life; of communication between teachers and students are usually more harmonious atmosphere. Research also found that, for boys and girls of communication between teachers and students in all aspects of the overall evaluation showed differences, such as in the graduate student and tutor communication processes play a role in the size of boys than girls, evaluation, and in communication with the full extent of girls than boys, evaluation of Humanities and Social Sciences; compared with the students, students of science on overall evaluation of communication between teachers and students is higher, satisfaction is also strong, but the willingness to communicate to humanities and social sciences students; grade increasing, the communication time more, higher frequency, different grades of Postgraduates in communicating with teachers the content difference is also significant; have work experience of master students are not had working experience master, communication initiative.Finally, the author put forward to improve Postgraduate Tutor communication suggestion. Tutor:respect the subject status of students, to strengthen the understanding; to improve their academic standards; choose the appropriate mode of communication; master the communication skills. Graduate:communicating with teachers should give full play to the initiative; establish a correct outlook on life and values; to learn this, strive to improve their study ability; to improve their communication skills.
