The Student As The Main Body Of Curriculum Development Mode

In the current, the subjectivity of the students is weak in Junior high school art education, and in the curriculum development, the students’status is missing. Response to this situation, the author boldly suggested the students develop art courses as the main. The aim is to hope that by analyzing the characteristics of the curriculum development, the theoretical basis and development principles, to construct a curriculum development model in art teaching in junior high school,to improve our fine arts curriculum development system and the subjectivity of students.The paper consists of four parts:Part Ⅰ:First, the article analyzes the necessary for a student-centered curriculum development from the following three aspects:the learners’ needs,the needs of contemporary social life,the needs of the disciplinary system, and describes the relevant background. Then provide a brief introduction on the value and the function of student-centered curriculum development. On the one hand it promotes the students’ subjectivity and is beneficial to their full development, on the other hand, it improved the system of curriculum development in China. Finally, from the following four areas:philosophical foundation,constructivist learning theory, humanistic psychology theory and lifelong education theory,the author made a brief analysis of the theoretical basis on student-centered curriculum development in the junior high school art teaching.Part Ⅱ:Students, as the main body of the curriculum development,have caracteristics of process, autonomy, creativity, cooperation, etc. But in the development process, we should adhere to the following principles:contact with the students’ interests, life experiences; contact with their knowledge base and he level of physical and mental development; Combine the students’subjectivity with the teachers’Part Ⅲ:Attempt to propose the junior middle school students as the main body of curriculum development.As a mode, It includes four parts:first,the students should determine the topics and grouping.Secondl,learn research methods, and collect information.Third, develop the courses through group cooperation.Finally, display and evaluate the courses.Part Ⅳ:Test the author’hypotheses through experiments, that is," in art teaching in the junior high school, by making students as the main curriculum development, students can not only develop the subjective consciousness and ability of autonomy, cooperation, innovation, but also a curriculum suited to their interests and experience.
