With the promulgation of the outline of basic education curriculum reform(trial implementation),the political curriculum in middle schools has entered a completely new stage,and the comprehensive promotion of quality education has become the fundamental task of education reform in China.Great changes have taken place in the training goals of middle school students,and the focus has shifted from the indoctrination of knowledge to the cultivation of ability and the edification of emotional attitude values.Test results are no longer the only assessment criteria,and the cultivation of students into a comprehensive development of high-quality personnel has become an important assessment standard.Based on this requirement,the political curriculum of junior High School is updated into the course of morality and rule of law,and its curriculum teaching should start from the reality of students ’ life,introduce the scene of life and the way of teamwork,innovate the teaching mode,and stimulate the course teaching of "morality and rule of law" to play a role in improving students ’ legal literacy.This is in line with the basic theory of the social teaching model,which requires students to create a democratic,equal and free learning environment,and requires both teachers and classroom organizations to be flexible,to arouse students ’ enthusiasm,to think about and solve the specific problems in the practice of social rule of law.The social teaching mode is in line with the requirements of curriculum reform,can promote quality education on the basis of deepening curriculum reform,truly realize the educational goal of political curriculum reform in middle school,and promote the deepening of students ’ consciousness of basic rule of law from accepting Basic Law governance knowledge.This study intends to start from the shift of the goal focus of the course of "morality and rule of law" in junior middle school,and through field investigation,analyzes the deviation between the model adopted in the course teaching and the objectives required by the curriculum reform,and in view of the above problems,explores the theory of using the social teaching mode,analyzes the reasons,and improves the methods Come up with a systematic plan.At the same time,in the Junior high School "ethics and the Rule of law" course teaching trainee,internship activities and on-site teaching observation activities,through the application of comparison and evaluation,in order to verify the social teaching model to improve the students of the rule of law awareness of the teaching effectiveness,and find further improvement measures.
