Research On The Cultivation Of Constitution Consciousness In The Teaching Of Morality And Rule Of Law In Junior Middle School In The New Era

With the constant improvement of the rule of law society development,daily life is inseparable from the law,and is referred to as "law" in the law of the constitution is more attention by people.But now the constitution of knowledge propaganda and culture did not achieve expected results.As an important carrier of the junior middle school students constitution consciousness of the curriculum teaching of?morality and the rule of law?,therefore becomes very important.This article mainly uses the literature research method,according to the constituent elements of constitutional consciousness,to investigate the status quo of junior middle school students' constitutional consciousness,and to sort out the problems of junior middle school students' weak constitutional consciousness,lack of constitutional knowledge,inadequate constitutional concept,weak understanding of constitutional function and unclear rights and obligations.Then it analyses the influence factors from the three aspects of students' own factors,social factors and school education factors,and puts forward some suggestions on the cultivation of junior high school students' constitutional awareness based on the analysis of the above factors,aiming at stimulating junior high school students' enthusiasm for learning the Constitution,improving their constitutional knowledge level and cultivating their constitutional awareness.At the same time,it provides theoretical and practical basis for the cultivation of junior high school students' constitutional awareness.
