Research On The Cultivation Of Female College Students’ Subjective Consciousness

With the development of the change and development of society and higher education, the proportion of female college students can be greatly increased, how to cultivate a good female college student has become a major problem to train socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality, intelligence, body, beauty in china.Female college students’ subjective consciousness refers to female college students can consciously recognize their self-existence, and fulfill their historical mission, social responsibility, life duty, and always reflects independent and confident personality temperament and human rights consciousness with gender equality and mutual respect of the female students. Therefore, cultivating female college students’ subjective consciousness is related to their self-improvement, self-reliance and self-development.After reforming and opening especially after university enrollment, female students’ subjective consciousness has obtained certain result, but still exist many problems, specific performance in unsmooth establishment and unbalanced development of female college students’ subjective consciousness, differences of self awareness between ideality and reality, weak social responsibility、right and achievement consciousness, narrow range of knowledge and so on. This paper investigates its reason from the aspects of female students, family education, college education and social traditional values. Therefore, strengthening female college students’ subjective consciousness should be based on the principle of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude and linking theory with practice, and then pay attention to play a role of main channel of colleges and universities, create a nice education environment and develop the function of self education.
