In the founding of the Peoples Republic of China the first sevenyears, private industry and commerce as one of the new democraticfive economic components, under the correct leadership and strongsupport of the state economy has gone through until the lasttransformation of history from recovery to development Changes. Thesocialist transformation of Chinas capitalist industry and commerce ofthis historic event as a large background, the transformation ofShanghai Shenxin textile enterprises as the starting point of observation,to be comprehensive, systematic study of its process of the recovery,development, transformation. Through the case, to some extent it cansee the whole picture of the socialist transformation of capitalist industryand commerce in the Shanghai area.This article is composed of three parts by the introduction, bodyand conclusion.In introduction part, it put forward the significance of the study onthe topics and then analyzed the status comprehensively, andintroduced the research methods and technologies routes taken by thedevelopment of new enterprises.The body part of a total of four chapters:The first chapter discussed an overview of the development ofShenxin textile enterprises and described the restoration anddevelopment of the period of economic recovery application of newenterprises, including Shenxin facing major difficulties at liberated time,the Government strongly support the process of gradual transformationof enterprises in various sports.The second chapter described the reform and improvement of theapplication of new enterprises during the fifteen, including the reform ofthe production technology, working hours reform and wage reform. The third chapter detailed the whole process of the application ofnew public-private partnership, including the application for the jointventure, capital verification, organizational systems, personnelarrangements, to determine the fixed rate, the capitalists and theideological trend of the senior staff and the public-private relations.The fourth chapter described the joint venture enterprise changes,including raising the level of production, workers welfare enhancementand improvement of working conditions, wage reform, thedevelopment of cultural and educational work, the joint venture andother problems after further transformation.The epilogue made a concluding summary of the article, pointingout the significance of the success of the socialist transformation ofcapitalist industry and commerce and the present reference.
