Socialist Transformation Of Sulun Cotton Mill

The socialist transformation of capitalist industry and commerce was major initiative in Chinese society during the mid-1950s. China completed a very difficult task, and then established the socialist system after a series of transitional stages, such as approved assets,Public-private partnerships,the determination of the fixed rate, and so on. Although the process was full of contradictions and struggles, it was done in a peaceful way in general.This paper reviewed the changing process of National capitalist industry and commerce and the national bourgeoisie between 1949 and 1956. It also reviewed the development and public-private partnership of Su Lun textile dyeing factory and analysed the problems in the process of public-private partnerships. In the transformation of the Su Lun Cotton mill, which was a very sucessful case during the process of the socialist transformation of capitalist industry and commerce in Suzhou, the State's power was always dominated in the process of capitalist industry and commerce public-private partnerships, and the State firmly grasped the direction of the transformation, and made the reforming of the enterprises and the running of enterprises into the orbit of the national plan.
