Study On Culture Projects Construction Risk Evaluation Based On Public-Private Partnerships Mode Of A Company

In PPP mode,the government can better play the role of serving and guiding,and the enterprise can better excite the new kinetic energy of high quality,and combine the physical hand and invisible hand,which is the inevitable trend of the new era development.At the same time,along with preventing solve major risks to an unprecedented strategic height,improve the ability of preventing the risks of resolving major will help to promote the enterprise sustainable development,help to promote China’s industrial mass transfer efficiency,steady economic growth.Therefore,the PPP project risk assessment is very necessary,the relationship between the cultural and class PPP project national economy and people’s livelihood,the relationship between people’s spiritual life level,the total investment scale is larger,longer construction period,the reward system is mostly dependent on government subsidies,feasibility and pay gap,culture fall to the ground,the continuing operations of the success of the PPP projects,to a large extent depends on the risk analysis and study on its construction.This paper evaluates the construction risk of A company’s cultural PPP project.Firstly,this paper reviews the relevant literatures at home and abroad,understands the relevant research progress at home and abroad,and defines the risk concepts of cultural PPP projects and cultural PPP projects.Secondly,on this basis,through the elaboration of A company involved in the PPP projects,energy museum to establish PPP project risk factors for initial listing,after consult the company leaders,relevant experts and scholars,from the external and internal projects,and specific project three dimensions to build the project risk factors for the final list,and risk analysis.Again,according to the construction of project risk factors on the final list,build the PPP project risk evaluation index system and risk evaluation model,the index system including the target layer,criterion layer,criterion layer and index layer,a total of 27 indicators of risk.Finally,according to the risk evaluation model,the risk assessment of PPP project is carried out,and the combination weight of each risk index is determined by AHP-entropy weight method,and the risk is determined according to the calculation result.Through the analysis of the risk assessment results for the social capital to participate in A company’s energy museum of PPP project risk response to provide ideas,put forward to strengthen the risk awareness,create A good cultural atmosphere;We will strengthen overall risk control and actively respond to completion risks.Intensify construction supervision and actively respond to regulatory risks;To implement the main body responsibility,actively respond to the risk of cooperation and four Suggestions,effective risk prevention project construction,improve the management level of social capital risk,to ensure the project smoothly.
