Objective:To explore the university student village official job burnout, and job burnout and personality, the relationship of job stress.Methods:This study adopt random sampling method, ten districts in Taiyuan sample of486college students as the object of study. A total of600copies of a scale, the actual recovery of519, the recovery rate is86.5%, the effective sample of486cases, the effective sample rate of81%. All questionnaires were using an anonymous survey. Through the questionnaire survey to collect to Taiyuan city each county students personality traits, job stress and job burnout of the data, the use of statistical methods for statistical data, summarize the current Taiyuan city college students personality characteristics, mental health status and their work stress and job burnout of inspection on the demographic variables; personality characteristics, job stress and job burnout exists significant difference, the difference; at the same time, this paper also on the city of Taiyuan college students personality characteristics and job stress and burnout among related relationship was studied, and the regression analysis shows mental health factors, factors of creativity, be cynical and emotional exhaustion have direct effect,, the ability to create factors, growth ability and self-efficacy on occupation efficiency has direct effect to job burnout; job stress has a direct effect, and as an intermediary variable connection part of personality and job burnout.Results:(1) the fatigue, be cynical, male students score (11.28±2.78,10.18±6.56) was significantly lower than that of the female college student village official score (11.44±3.02,11.67±6.61); in the psychological health factors, professional achievement factors only child college students village official score (28.99±12.15,122.48±15.18) than the Only-child College Students Score (25.48±10.07,118.39±13.57) high, and there was statistical significance (P<0.05); in the ability to create factors, fatigue, depression, low self-esteem, working pressure, total occupation efficiency aspects of married students scored significantly lower than the unmarried students village official.(2) in the psychological health factors, professional achievement factor, self-efficacy, to get high marks in their work stress and job burnout significantly less than the low group. Mental health factors, growth factors, professional achievement factor, self-efficacy and work stress, job burnout was negatively related, namely the work stress and job burnout as and increases; personality, self-efficacy, job stress to job burnout three dimensions have good forecasting.Conclusion:1The pressure and the level of job burnout of the Graduate officials with the high of mental health factors are lower than that of the Graduate officials with the low mental health factors;2. The pressure and the level of job burnout of the Graduate officials with the high ability to grow are lower than that of the Graduate officials with the low high ability to grow;3The pressure and the level of job burnout of the Graduate officials with the high professional achievement are lower than that of the Graduate officials with the low professional achievement;4. The pressure and the level of job burnout of the Graduate officials with the high are lower than that of the Graduate officials with the low self-efficacy;5.the path analysis of personality factors, job stress and job burnout, reflects the relationship between variables.
