| Job burnout occurs from time to time in the staff of every industry.As a kind of job burnout,it mainly refers to the physical and mental discomfort caused by people in the face of their own working environment and content,resulting in the aggravation of their fatigue symptoms.When the police in drug treatment centers are under high occupational pressure for a long time,it is often difficult to adjust their body and mind.In addition,the working objects and working environment of the police in drug treatment centers are very special,which makes them more prone to job burnout than the staff in other positions.Therefore,based on the current situation and influencing factors of police job burnout in drug treatment centers,we need to find ways to alleviate police job burnout in drug treatment centers.Using the job burnout scale,job stress scale and Psychological Resilience Scale as tools,this study conducted a questionnaire survey on 168 drug treatment policemen in X drug treatment center,understood the current situation of job burnout of drug treatment policemen,discussed the correlation between job stress,job burnout and psychological resilience,and made a regression analysis on the impact of job stress and psychological resilience on Job Burnout of drug treatment policemen.At the same time,4 managers of drug treatment centers and 10 grass-roots police were interviewed,and relevant countermeasures and suggestions were put forward on this basis.The results of the questionnaire survey showed that 36.3% of the drug rehabilitation police had a high risk of job burnout,38.8% of the drug rehabilitation police had a strong sense of job stress,and 20.2% of the drug rehabilitation police belonged to the group with low psychological elasticity;Rank and education have a great impact on the job burnout and job stress of police in drug treatment centers.The degree of job burnout and job stress of low-level police officers is significantly higher than that of high-level police officers,while the degree of job burnout and job stress of police officers below bachelor’s degree is significantly lower than that of police officers above bachelor’s degree;Gender and marital status had no significant effect on the job burnout of police in drug treatment centers;Psychological resilience is negatively correlated with job burnout,while job stress is positively correlated with job burnout;And the impact of job stress on job burnout is slightly greater than that of psychological elasticity,while the interaction between job stress and psychological elasticity has no significant effect on job burnout.Further interview results show that the improvement of police officers’ comprehensive ability and supportive relationship not only provide certain resources for coping with work pressure and adversity,but also protect and promote the development of individual psychological elasticity;The pressure of drug addicts mainly comes from workload,emergency tasks,difficulty in law enforcement,job quality,working time requirements conflict,occupation bottleneck and psychological pressure.Besides,some police officers have pressure to work and family.The closed management brought by COVID-19 also affects the pressure of police officers.Based on the analysis of the current situation and influencing factors of police job burnout in X detoxification center,this paper puts forward the following policy suggestions: in terms of pressure regulation,police officers should establish a comprehensive self-awareness and do a good job in work goal management and planning;The organization shall ensure the material resources of the police in the drug treatment center,strengthen the internal cultural construction of the drug treatment center,establish a good social support system,strengthen the professional training of the drug treatment police,and make a good career plan for the police.In the aspect of promoting psychological flexibility,police officers should correctly view the career bottleneck,formulate scientific and reasonable career planning,and establish reasonable expectations for drug rehabilitation;The organization shall establish a police psychological observation team to intervene the abnormal psychology of police officers in advance and provide psychological counseling services. |
