The object of this study is master graduates, researcher designed the questionnaire ofmaster graduates learning burnout,use of literature review, interview and questionnaire.Through exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, it tested thequestionnaire has good reliability and validity. The researcher investigated master graduates’learning burnout, attributional style and personality factor, by using theMulti-Dimension-Malti-attributional Causality Scale(MMCS) and the Cattell’s16-personalityfactor questionnaire(16PF). The research also investigated the relationship of learning burnout,attributional style and personality factor, therefore revealing how attributional style andpersonality factor influence the learning burnout of master graduates. The results show that:(1)The questionnaire of master graduates learning burnout consists of3features: lowpersonal accomplishment, bad learning behavior and emotional exhaustion. It has goodreliability and validity.(2)On the whole of master graduates have a certain degree learning burnout phenomenon.Master graduates have significant differences in gender and whether had work experience, buthave no significant differences in major and whether crossed major.Master graduates prefer internal attribution, such as the level of effort and ability.The comparison of Master graduates and college students had significant differences in ability,effort, situation, internal attribution and external attribution.Master graduates’ personality has a good overall condition, and has significantdifferences in gender and major.(3)Master graduates learning burnout is partly related to attributional style, learningburnout is partly related to personality, and attributional style is partly related to personality.(4)Using of group counseling program, after the test results are significant lower thanpretest on emotional exhaustion, bad learning behavior and learning burnout total score.
