However, in such a context, the public receive more stresses, the stressors become rich, which cause psychological stress, and mental health problems are becoming very popular. Police is worldwide recognized as a not only "high risk" but also "high stress" career, relative to most other careers. The police officers usually works in the "grey zone" of the society, facing a lot of potential danger and confrontation every day, work content involves every corner of society, and work longer than others, not to say their executive powers is limited. But due to some negative news, people generally don’t like the police. The aim of this study is find out the relationship between coping styles and job burnout through the research of new police psychological stress source. Explore psychological stressors and coping styles of the effects of the job burnout, on the one hand, is expected to enrich the related theory of police career development, cope with the pressure for the public security department to carry out the further work to provide some suggestions, and on the other hand, through the scientific research, help new police officer to alleviate or eliminate some psychological stress, to improve their mental state, give them a better career development and psychological health. This research is divided into two parts, the first one:reading in a large number of previous relevant research literatures, grasp the theoretical framework on the basis of the collected of new police officer psychological stress caused by stress events or circumstances through interview method, then according to the theoretical framework based on the literature review of the hypothesized psychological pressure source of five dimensions:job expectations, external support, work task, organization and coordination, and personal career development. Combined with the collected events and the dimensions, form a total of30questions survey questionnaire, and then test the difference through statistical methods such as exploratory factor analysis, and finally develop the formal version of the self-made "new police psychological pressure source questionnaire", questionnaire contains five factors, a total of24items, which explains73.144%of the total variance, confirmatory factor analysis results.RM SEA=0.084, CFI=0.906, IFI=0.908, TLI=0.892, the fit of the model is good, four dimensions of Cronbach a coefficient is above0.8, and one dimension in the0.7, validity is acceptable. Study2:Selected the new public security police from Qingdao, Weifang, Yantai of ShangDong province and other places as a sample of466people, according to the principle of random, studying with "new police stressor questionnaire" and "job burnout questionnaire" and "simple coping style questionnaire" to, a total of388effective questionnaires were taken back. Recycling questionnaire data with SPSS statistics software, this paper discusses the new police psychological pressure source, the relationship between coping styles and job burnout, analyzes the predicted effects of the psychological stressors and coping styles to the job burnout, the following results were obtained:l,the "new police psychological stressor questionnaire" has a good reliability and validity, new police officer stressor can be examined by it. Formal edition of the "new police psychological pressure source questionnaire" contains five dimensions:the "work expectations ""task itself ""external support ""organization and coordination " and "personal psychological pressure", a total of24items, each of them has a good degree of identification, can explain73.144%of the total variation, through confirmatory factor analysis, we find the fit of the model is good, can be used for normal new police officer psychological stressor analysis.2, new police stressor has significant correlation with job burnout. New police psychological stressor points and job burnout score of each dimension, and a large number of negative correlation between almost every pressure source has extremely significant correlation with job burnout, as the author compiled the new police stressor questionnaire score is to score the lower the pressure, the greater the pressure is, the higher the degree of job burnout. Through step wise multiple regression analysis, has proven the stressor of "job expectation" and "coordination" two factor can enter the regression equation of the job burnout, the lower the score is, the greater the stressor is in the two aspects. Both aspects can lead to job burnout score rise.3, Significant correlation also exist between coping styles and job burnout of New police officer. There is significant negative correlation between "Positive coping" dimension and "low sense of achievement" dimension, and there is significant positive correlation between the dimension of negative coping with other two dimensions of job burnout "emotional exhaustion" and "cynical"4, stressor of new police and coping styles have good prediction effect to job burnout. By stepwise multiple linear regression analysis, the research got regression equation of new police psychological stress or, coping styles and job burnout, the equation of the content is:the job burnout (y)=negative coping (x3)*5.105-organization and coordination of work (x2)*6.940-expectations in terms of psychological stressor (x1)*5.495.This equation can explain40.2%of the total variance."work expectations" and "coordination", and coping styles of "passive coping" dimension influence the degree of job burnout together, illustrate that new police psychological stresses and coping styles has good prediction effect for job burnout.
