The traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicinegroup (29cases with Yougui Pill Decoction and clomiphene citrate), westernmedicine group of30cases (clomiphene). Two groups were observed before andafter treatment with systemic, menstrual changes, serum levels of sex hormones,ovulation, spiral artery, uterine endometrial thickness, basal bodytemperature in three treatment cycles (BBT), changes of cervical score.Result：Combine traditional Chinese and Western medicine group, the totaleffective rate was75.86%, significantly better than western medicine groupof63.33%(P=0.013<0.05). In the clinical symptoms, treatment can obviouslyimprove the symptoms of kidney deficiency patients with combined traditionalChinese and Western medicine is superior to simple western medicine. In themenstrual cycle and the amount of color, group and Western medicine group canregulate the menstrual cycle of integrated traditional Chinese and Westernmedicine, with no significant difference (P=0.073>0.05), but the adjustmentmenstrual volume and color, combining Chinese and Western medicine group wassignificantly better than western medicine group (P=0.029<0.05). The spiral artery ofuterus, combine traditional Chinese and Western medicine group of uterineartery blood flow signal is rich, clear, easy detection, better than westernmedicine group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Comparison of cervical mucus score, combining Chinese and Western medicinegroup and Western medicine group total effectiveness is significant difference(P <0.05).Conclusion: Yougui Pill can effectively improve the serum sex hormonelevels, increased uterine and ovarian perfusion, promote the growth offollicle and discharge.
