| Objective: To observe the comprehensive effect of acupuncture combined with tonifying kidney and activating blood in the treatment of ovulation disorder infertility.With a view to exploring a new way of treatment,so that it can better improve gynecological endocrine,ovulation and pregnancy rate.Methods:Collected ovulation disorders that met the criteria for Western medicine admission from October 2017 to October 2019.Outpatient clinic of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Yangming Road clinic,and outpatient clinic of Honggutan National Medical College.Infertile patients,combined with TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment.Select patients who are in line with TCM syndrome classification as kidney deficiency and blood stasis.A total of 36 cases were collected according to the inclusion criteria.Traditional Chinese medicine used to control the kidney before and after the treatment,taking the kidney and promoting blood circulation as the guiding principle(15g of cooked land,15 g of dodder,15 g of angelica,15 g of eucommia,10 g of wolfberry,15 g of dogwood,10 g of Poria,10 g of chicken blood vine,15 g of Zelan,10 g of achyranthes,10 g of yam,10 g of soap 10 g,etc.)Orally starting on the fifth day of menstruation,one dose per day,taking water and taking it in warm morning and evening until the follicles are discharged.At the same time with acupuncture(acupoints include Guan Yuan,Zhongji,uterus,Sanyinjiao,watercourse,return,Tianshu,Taichong,Hegu.Five points can be selected each time on the tenth day of menstruation.The method of flat diarrhea,leaving the needle for 30minutes).Combined with continuous medication for three menstrual cycles,to evaluate the comprehensive efficacy of the patients after treatment.Including comparison of patients’ clinical symptoms scores before and after treatment,female hormone levels,dominant follicle size and endometrial thickness during ovulation Changes in pregnancy and ovulation rates.At the same time,some safety fingers need to be tested,including standard blood routine,urine routine,liver and kidney function.The intervention process of the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture is one menstrual cycle,the next menstrual cycle is the same and the continuous circulation treatment is three menstrual cycles.All treatment should be discontinued if the patient is pregnant during the course of treatment.Results: The total effective rate was 83.33%,the clinical recovery was 16 cases(44.44%),the significant effect was 9 cases(13.89%),the effective effect was 6 cases(16.67%),the clinical symptom score was17.94±4.43 before treatment,the change was 5.81±6.21(P <0.05),the thickness of endometrium was 5.08 ± 1.47 mm after treatment.Before treatment,the diameter of follicle was 10.94±1.83 mm,19.03±1.89 mm after treatment,the change was significant(P<0.05),the change of estrogen was 32.96±3.62pg/ml before treatment,the change was 41.61±1.41pg/ml after treatment,the change was significant(P<0.05),the change was 0.89±0.20 ng/ml before androgen treatment,and the change was0.52±0.08 ng/ml after treatment(P<0.05).Before treatment,6.89±0.90,after treatment,8.04 ± 0.47,the change was significantly different(P<0.05);before LH treatment,15.86±0.85,after treatment,10.0±0.98,the change was significantly different(P <0.05);before treatment,the LH/FSH value was 2.33±0.27,and after treatment,1.25±0.14,the change was significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion: acupuncture combined with tonifying kidney and activating blood circulation can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,adjust the level of sex hormones,improve endocrine,make the human body in a state of easy pregnancy,to a large extent improve the rate of conception,solve the problem of infertility that puzzles patients. |
