The Clinical Study On The Combination Of Traditional Chinese And Western Medicine In Treating Infertile Patients With PCOS And Ovulation Disorder Of Kidney Deficiency

Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine on infertile patients with kidney deficiency,phlegm and dampness type of PCOS,and to compare the effects of combined CC and CC treatment of kidney and phlegm,and to analyze the experimental data,to draw conclusions and to discuss the mechanism.Methods:Sixty patients(according to the inclusion criteria)were assigned to the treatment group and the control group.Each group had 30 cases and a total of 136 menstrual cycles.The treatment group used:Bushen Huayu Fang combined CC.Control group:CC alone:Oral CC 50 mg/day for 5 consecutive days starting from the 5th day of the week.The experimental data of hormone levels and endometrial thickness were compared between the two groups before and after treatment Results:Through observation,we can find that the level of LH in treatment group was improved obviously,T,E2 and FSH were slightly improved,but there was no statistical significance,the dominant follicle diameter,the rate of c.ycle ovulation,the rate of follicular ovulation,no reaction cycle rate and endometrial thickness were more obvious than those in control group,And the difference is meaningful(p<0.05).Comparison of the efficacy of TCM syndromes:Both groups could reduce the symptoms of patients.There were differences between the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment.Statistical analysis showed significant difference(P<0.05),and the curative effect was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:The combination of tonifying kidney and resolving phlegm to treat infertility caused by kidney deficiency phlegm-dampness type PCOS is significantly reduced,ovulation rate and pregnancy rate are better than that of CC alone.
