Nearly Ligation And Scar Fixation Que Heart End Times Injection Injection Retrospective Study For The Treatment Of Rectal Prolapse

Purpose:Rectal prolapsed is very common in the anorectal area. Because rectal prolapsed is resulted from many factors, the surgery is compl icated. How to find the ideal treatment with smaller trauma, faster recovery and more reliability is an important topic for clinical work. In this study, I trace clinical data about64patients with rectal prolapsed who accepted surgery treatment in China-Japan Friendship Hospital from January2003to October2012. Furthermore, I mainly analyze the surgical treatment of patients with rectal prolapsed, their postoperative adjuvant treatment, the incidence of complicat ions and the recurrence in order to make a comprehens ive and systemat ic assessment of their treatment and provide a reference for clinical work.Methods:collect clinical data about64patients with rectal prolapsed who checked into China-Japan Friendship Hospital anorectal Branch from January1,2003to October31,2012. I carefully check their information and follow up. The deadl ine of fol lowing up is December31,2012. I acquire pat ients’completed clinical data and establish an Excel database. This group includes39male patients and25female patients. While I trace the clinical data, I mainly analyze preoperative and postoperative clinical symptoms to evaluate the efficacy of the surgery. I use SPSS17.0statistical software for statistical analysis. In the statistical description, I represent measurement data with M±SD.Results:The patients were successfully completed surgery. The consumed time of surgery is46.11±3.88min. The used amount of the Shao-bei Injection is62.97±24.87ml. After the surgery, diet and defecation is normal. The time of the first defecation is31.89±8.43h and the first urine is4.61±1.53h. The actual hospitalized time is13.28±4.42d. After the surgery,15patients suffered mild pain,6pat ients with moderate pain. Postoperative patients showed no bleeding. In the next day of the surgery,5patients suffered fever and their body temperature fluctuated from37to38℃. After being given anti-inflammatory rehydration and enema, their body temperature returned to normal. In the1st year of following-up, no recurrence happens.2patients recurred after3years. These2patients have previously accepted Xiaozhiling Ling Injection. In the half year of following-up, the cure rate was98.44%. The long-term efficacy is81.25%.Conclusion:First of all, I systematically summarize and analyze the clinical efficacy of64patients with rectal prolapsed who accepted the proximal ligation, Scar fixed and Shao-bei Injection, and provide new ideas for the clinical treatment. Finally, according to the results of following-up, the short-time and long-time effects of the treatment of rectal prolapsed are good. The treatment does not damage the anal canal structure and does not affect the rectum and anus physiological funct ions. Moreover, the operation is easy to grasp and worth to spread.
