These patients were randomlyassigned to two groups, clinical observations, including30cases ofpatients with application of rectum anterior wall submucosal injectiontreatment, the injection5ml,1:1xiaozhi spirit in front of the rectalwall, and men from the anal edge of the mucous membrane of about8cm,female is about6cm submucosal injection of anal edge.30cases ofapplication of rectum around injections,1:1xiaozhi spirit injection onthe right side of the pelvis and on the left side of the pelvis rectumrectum space, the injection of6-8ml, rectal clearance after injection of4to5ml.Curative effect of standard for improvements in symptoms, signs, includingthe length of the rectal prolapse, hematochezia, constipation, indicatorssuch as itching, secretion. Safety standards for laboratory examination:including liver function, blood routine and renal function. Finallyobserved adverse reaction in treatment group and control group and follow-up.Result: during the period of treatment, prolapse, bloody fundamentallyimproved, constipation and crissum secretions, rectal mucosa, itching and got obvious relief after treatment. All the cases before and aftertreatment, blood routine, liver function and renal function, there was noobvious change.Conclusion: The mucous membrane of rectum anterior wall art and rectumaround injections in the treatment of rectal prolapse clinical observation,found that the two surgical methods have the advantages of good security,economy, small trauma, and compared with rectal injections around, anteriorwall rectal submucosal injection has better curative effect, the recurrencerate is low, which confirmed the existence of "pull hit points".
