Research On The Effeciveness Of PPH Combined With Shao-Bei Injection In The Treatment Of Severe Hemorrhoids

To investigate the the effeciveness of PPH combined with Shao-Bei injection in the treatment of severe hemorrhoids. MethodsComparison of indice including severe post-operation complications (less than 0.5 month), short-term (0.5-35 months) effectiveness, long-term (more than 36 months) effectiveness was made between group treated with PPH combined with Shao-Bei injection and the control group (treated with PPH exclusively). Resultsno significant differences exist between the experimental group and control group in terms of post-operation uroschesis,post-operative pain, short-term effectiveness, hemafecia and pain in long-term effectiveness, hemafecia and postoperative pain (P> 0.05). However, in the assessment of long-term effectiveness, the frequency of prolapse in experimental group (7.7%) was significantly lower when compared with that of control group (19.2%, P<0.05), and in the post-operation complications, the frequency of hemorrhage in experimental group (32.1) was also significantly lower when compared with of control group (48.7, P<0.05).Conclusioncompared with that of single PPH, the long-term effectiveness and prognosis of the combined therapy of PPH and Shao-Bei injection are evidently improved.
