Knowledge Map Research Of The Treatment Of Rectal Prolapse With Injection Therapy At Home Based On CiteSpace

1 Research Purpose and Significance1.1 This paper reviews the development history of injection therapy for rectal prolapse in China,and reveals the contributions made by the anorectal surgery field of traditional Chinese medicine in "inheriting the essence and maintaining the integrity and innovation" of traditional Chinese medicine.1.2 To explore the hot spots and frontiers of injection therapy for treatment of rectal prolapse and provide new research directions for clinical and scientific researchers.1.3 Domestic literature on injection therapy for rectal prolapse was systematically reviewed,and core research institutions and researchers were identified to provide certain directions for academic exchanges and cooperation at home and abroad.2 Research Methods2.1 Descriptive statistical analysis was used to analyze the age distribution,author distribution,research institution distribution and journal distribution of the literature data of injection therapy for rectal prolapse in China.2.2 Co-occurrence analysis was used to analyze the authors,institutions and key words of domestic literature on injection therapy for rectal prolapse,so as to find the core researchers,major research institutions and research hotspots and frontiers.2.3 Cluster analysis was applied to perform cluster analysis on key words of domestic literature data related to the treatment of rectal prolapse with injection therapy,to find out the basic knowledge structure in this research field,and to visually demonstrate the evolution process of this field according to its timeline view.2.4 By means of emergent analysis,this paper analyzed the key words in the literature data of injection therapy for rectal prolapse in China,and explored the hot spots and frontiers in this field.3 Research Results3.1 Descriptive statistical analysis of domestic literature on injection therapy for rectal prolapseThe number of posts is on the rise;Professor li huashan is the most prolific author in the field;Guang 'anmen hospital of Chinese academy of traditional Chinese medicine is the most prolific institution in this field.Chinese anorectal diseases journal is the core journal in this field.3.2 Results of co-analysis of domestic literature on injection therapy for rectal prolapse3.2.1 The authors of domestic literature on injection therapy for rectal prolapse co-presented the resultsIt is found that many research teams have been formed in this field,among which the most influential teams are:Li Huashan team,Han Bao team,Ye Ling team and Fan Xueshun team.3.2.2 Results of institutional co-analysis of domestic literature on injection therapy for rectal prolapseGuang'anmen Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medicine Sciences,together with Beijing Mayinglong Combine Traditional Medicinc Anorectal Hospital,has carried out relatively close cooperation with more than 10 domestic research institutions,while The Second Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Traditional Chinese Medicine University and China-Japan Friendship Hospital are relatively independent and seldom cooperate with other research institutions.In addition,the co-occurrence of the institution combined with the co-occurrence analysis of the author found that the Li Huashan team of Guang'anmen Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medicine Science had the greatest impact on this field in recent years,that is,the research content of the team is the focus of the current research on injection therapy for rectal prolapse.3.2.3 Keywords co-occurrence analysis of domestic literature on injection therapy for rectal prolapseXiaozhiling injection is the most commonly used drug in the treatment of rectal prolapse.The most common type of rectal prolapse treated by injection therapy is rectal intraducous membrane prolapse.In the treatment of rectal prolapse,the most common combined operation is stapler hemorrhoid mucosa resection or anal constriction.The research in this field is mainly clinical observational research.3.3 Cluster analysis of key words in domestic literature on injection therapy for rectal prolapseAfter keyword clustering,a total of 9 clusters were obtained,and 6 basic knowledge structures were obtained through further analysis:(1)The research subject of Cluster 0 is the inheritance and development of Chinese medicine in the field of injection therapy for rectal prolapse.(2)The research subjects of Cluster 1,Cluster 3 and Cluster 8 were all studies on the combination of injection therapy and other surgical methods in the treatment of rectal prolapse.(3)The research subject of Cluster 2 and Cluster 4 is the type of rectal prolapse treated by injection therapy.(4)The research subject of Cluster 5 is the theoretical research on the effectiveness of injection therapy in the treatment of rectal prolapse by using finite element model.(5)The research subject of Cluster 6 is the research on the injection method for the treatment of rectal prolapse with injection therapy.(6)The research subject of Cluster 7 is the research on the population of patients with rectal prolapse treated by injection therapy.3.4 Analysis results of key word emergence in domestic literature on injection therapy for rectal prolapseFrom 1977 to 2007,it was the early period of injection therapy for rectal prolapse.After 30 years of continuous research,the domestic clinical experience of injection therapy for rectal prolapse was enriched.Since 2007,there has been a developmental period of injection therapy for rectal prolapse:(1)Research on surgical methods began to diversify.(2)The main injection drugs studied were xiaozhiling injection and shaobei injection.(3)Xiaozhiling injection in injection therapy is the focus of research.(4)The main research methods are clinical observational research.4 Research Conclusions4.1 This paper makes a visual analysis of the research field of injection therapy in the treatment of rectal prolapse in China,and reveals the contribution of anorectal surgery in the field of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the aspect of "inheriting the essence and maintaining the positive innovation" from the development process of domestic injection therapy in the treatment of rectal prolapse.4.2 In the field of rectum prolapse,injection therapy is a hot spot and frontier in China:(1)As for injection drugs,xiaozhiling injection is both the hot spot and the forefront of research,and shaobei injection is the forefront of research.(2)About injection therapy,xiaozhiling injection is the forefront of research.(3)As for the combined operation,the injection therapy combined with stapler for hemorrhoid mucosa looping and stapling,selective hemorrhoid mucosa resection and anastomosis or automatic elastic wire ligation are the research frontiers.(4)As for the types of rectal prolapse treated,complete rectal prolapse is both the research focus and the research frontier,and rectal intramucosal prolapse is the research frontier.(5)As for research methods,clinical observation is at the forefront of research.4.3 In the field of injection therapy for rectal prolapse in China,professor Li Huashan and Guang 'anmen Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medicine Sciences are the core researchers and research institutions respectively.It can be the first consideration of the domestic and foreign academic exchanges and cooperation in this field.
