Clinical Evaluation Of TST Combined With Xiaozhiling Injection In The Treatment Of Rectal Mucosal Prolapse

Purpose:To observe the selective tissue-selecting therapy stapper(TST)joint Xiaozhiling injection for the treatment of internal rectal prolapose(II、III) in clincal curative effect.Material and method:Prospective design was used with clinically in the internal rectal prolapose patients,30 cases with TST joint Xiao zhiling injection operation method.Operation by stapling selective resection of mucosal protrusion part,and then pulling suspension the rectal mucosal relaxation effect.Then around the anastomotic inject 1:1 Xiaozhiling injection, forming aseptic inflammation mucous membrane organization, to further consolidate the treatment.Through comparison analysis method and postoperative half year follow-up effect.Use SPSS17.0 statistical software for analysis.Results:Treatment after 20 cases cured, 7 cases were markedly effective, 3 cases were effective. After six months follow-up, the postoperative recurrence of 0. The total effective rate 100.0%, the curative effect is satisfied.Conclusion:Application of tissue-selecting therapy stapper(TST)joint Xiaozhiling injection for the treatment of internal rectal prolapose(II、III) in clincal.This effect is distinct, it has simple operation,light pain, less injury, quick recovery.This method is worth to be widely applied in clinic.
