Observation On The Clinical Efficacy Of Leihuo Moxibustion Fixed-point Rotary Diathermy Technique In The Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthriti

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of thunder fire moxibustion fixed-point rotary diathermy in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods: 62 patients with knee osteoarthritis who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups by random number table,31 in the treatment group and 31 in the control group.The treatment group was treated with thunder fire moxibustion fixed-point rotary diathermy technology,and the control group was treated with celecoxib capsule orally.Once a day for seven consecutive times.The visual analogs scale(VAS),the Western Ontario and Mc Master Universities Osteoarthritis Index(WOMAC),the Japanese Orthopaedic Society(JOA),and the 15 meter walking time(T15)of the two groups were recorded before treatment and after seven treatments,respectively,and finally statistically analyzed.Results:(1)During the treatment,two cases fell off in the control group and 60 effective cases were finally completed,and 60 effective cases were finally completed,including 31 cases in the treatment group and 29 cases in the control group.(2)General situation: the baseline level of basic data of the two groups was the same(P > 0.05),and the two groups were comparable.(3)Overall clinical efficacy evaluation: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.55%,and that of the control group was82.75%.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).(4)After treatment,the VAS score,WOMAC index and T15 of the two groups were lower than before,and the JOA score was higher than before.The intra group differences of the four indexes were statistically significant(P < 0.05).(5)The comparison between groups showed that the treatment group was better than the control group in reducing VAS score,WOMAC index and T15,and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05);There was no significant difference between the two treatment groups in improving JOA score(P > 0.05).(6)During the treatment,there were no adverse reactions in both groups,and the safety was good.Conclusion:(1)Thunder fire moxibustion fixed-point whirling diathermy technology and celecoxib capsule are effective in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,and the overall curative effects of the two treatments are equivalent.(2)In terms of reducing VAS score,WOMAC index and 15 meter walking time,the clinical effect of thunder fire moxibustion fixed-point rotary diathermy technology is accurate,which is better than that of celecoxib capsule.(3)In terms of improving JOA score,both thunder fire moxibustion fixed-point rotary diathermy technology and celecoxib capsule can effectively improve the relevant score,and there is no significant difference between the two treatments.(4)Thunder fire Moxibustion "fixed-point rotary diathermy technology" is safe and effective,which is worthy of further clinical research and promotion.
