Clinical Research On Curative Effect Of The Treatment On Promoting The Anal Fissure Postoperative Wound Healing By Modified Liangxue Dihuang Decoction

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effects of modified Liangxue dihuang Decoction fumigating anal on healing of wound after anal fissure surgery.the wound healing of postoperative anal fissure by fumigating anal with Modified Liangxuedihuang Decoction.Methods:60Patients after anal fissure excision with resection of internal sphincter were randomly divided into2groups of30patients. The treatment group fumigated anal with modified Liangxue dihuang Decoction before dressing using Zicao ointment the very next day after operation. The control group fumigated anal with Xiaofan lotion before dressing using Zicao ointment the very next day after operation. Recorded severity of pain and the time the pain disappear on lst,3st5th,7th days after the surgery, quantified and scored the pain.Meanwhile, make statistical analysis of the relevant information. Recorded the growth of granulation and healing time of the wound on5th,7th,10th,14th days postoperatively, quantified and scored them and statistically analysed the relevant information.Results:Separately compared the pain severity and the time pain disappeared on3th5th and7th days postoperatively between two groups,, P<0.05, there were statistically significant differences. The treatment group is more effective than the control group. Separately compared the growth of granulation and the time of the wound healing time on5th,7th,10th,14th days postoperatively of the two groups, P<0.05, There were significant differences. The treatment group is more effective than the control group.Conclusion:Fumigation anal with modified liangxue dihuang Decoction could significantly alleviates postoperative anal pain and promote the wound healing of patients after Anal fissure excision with resection of internal sphincter.These herbs working directly on the affected part,it can dispel edema and relieve pain,activate blood and nourish blood,,ir can promote the healing of wounds,it’s safe with no apparent side effects while extends the application range of old Chinese formulas,it’s convenient and worth of studying and extending further.
