Objective: relevant research progression of kneeosteoarthritis, starting from the Cheng Orthopedics and Traumatology of theconcept,to explore a reliable, efficient, economic, safe and simple method of treatmentfor the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee in order to improve the knee theclinical efficacy and quality of life for arthritis patients.Methods:89hospital outpatient and inpatient knee,Western diagnosis ofosteoarthritis of the knee,TCM for liver and kidney deficiency, bonesdystrophy.Consistent with two sets of baseline data (age,gender,duration,etc.).Testgroup: Cheng massage&EA&intra-articular injection of glass sodium treatment of43cases (10males,33females);control group: EA&intra-articular injection of glasssodium46cases (12males,34females).Test evaluation indicators: Aftertreatment, pain relief, knee functional recovery and overall recovery.Count data wereanalyzed by chi-square test, measurement data were analyzed by t test, hierarchicaldata using non-parametric Wilcoxon rank sum test;treatment changes based on thedetection index, calculated efficiency. Results:The two groups of sex constitute the minimum expectations of the count at T=10.63>5,χ2test,P=0.757>0.05,the difference was not statisticallysignificant,comparable.2parts of the distribution of two groups of osteoarthritis, the minimum expectationsof the count at T=15.94>5,using the continuity correction test,P=0.679>0.05,thedifference was not statistically significant,comparable.3groups age distribution data measured by the singularity of variance and t-test: twogroups of patients age distribution Comparison of the F=0.239,P=0.626;t=0.548,P=0.585>0.05,95%confidence interval-0.919~1.618;were no significantdifferences were comparable.By the singularity of variance and t test of the measurement data, the two groupsbefore treatment, the degree of pain VAS distribution of F=0.632,P=0.429;t=0.548,P=1.543>0.05,95%confidence interval-0.90~0.717;that the two groupsbefore treatment,P>0.05the difference was not statistically significant, andcomparable. After treatment, the degree of pain VAS distribution: the two groups F= 5.591,P=0.020;t=1.543,P=0.109>0.05,95%confidence interval-0.767to0.078;show that the group before and after treatment,P>0.05.After treatment, thepain eased significantly.By the singularity of variance and t test of the measurement data, the two groupsbefore treatment of joint function,WOMAC distribution comparison: F=6.154,P=0.015;t=0.128,P=0.898>0.05,95%confidence interval-2.575~2.931;that thetwo groups before treatment,P>0.05the difference was not statisticallysignificant, and comparable. After treatment, the joint function WOMAC distribution:the two groups F=3.626,P=0.60;t=-4.423,P=0.000<0.05,95%confidenceinterval-10.040to-3.814;show that the two groups before treatment,P <0.05wasconsidered statistically significant, two sets of joint function after treatment havebeen significantly restored, the treatment group than the control group.By the singularity of variance and t test of the measurement data, the two groupsbefore treatment, joint general situation of score (the Lysholm law) distribution: F=1.722,P=0.193;t=-2.335,P=0.022<0.05,95%confidence interval-10.309to-0.828;After treatment, joint general situation of score (the Lysholm law) distribution:F=0.789,P=0.377;t=0.567,P=0.572>0.05,95%confidence interval for the-3.151to5.668;show that the two groups before treatment,P>0.05the differencewas not statistically significant, comparable. After treatment, the efficacy. Two groups of patients the efficacy of the overall evaluation (Lysholm score),theminimum expected count T=4.83<5,using the continuity correction test,P=0.120>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant in both groups after treatmentefficacy, the treatment group than control groupConclusion: It can be seen from the above studies, the clinical efficacy of the testgroup than the control group, therefore,Cheng massage&EA&intra-articularinjection of sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of knee arthritis as a treatment forosteoarthritis of effective way to one of the arthritis.
