Clinical Observation About Knee Osteoarthritis Treated By The Combination Of Arthroscopic Debridement And Massage

Objective:To discuss the advantages and characteristics of the treatment which combines arthroscopic debridement and massage by comparing the curative effect of arthroscopic debridement combined with massage and arthroscopic debridement combined with Sodium Hyaluronate in treating knee osteoarthritis;Still analysis the mechanism of both methods, sum up experience,and guide clinical better.Method:Test60patients suffering from knee osteoarthritis, who were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,30patients in each group;in experimental group,first treated by arthroscopic debridement,one week later,treated by massage for five weeks; in control group, first treated by arthroscopic debridement,one week later,treated by sodium hyaluronate which were injected into knee articular cavity for5weeks.Observe the change of VAS score and Lysholm score about the two groups at the end of treatment, and sixth months in the end of treatment again.Still observe the body symptom score change after and before treatments.Result:(1) After treatment, two groups VAS score decreased and Lysholm score increased. The control display ratio of experimental group is86.7%and its total efficiency is96.7%, while the control display ratio of control group is56.7%and its total efficiency is93.3%, the differences of two groups had statistical meanings (P<0.05);6months later after treatment, the control display ratio of experimental group is76.7%and its total efficiency is93.3%, while the control display ratio of control group is40.0%and its total efficiency is83.3%, the differences of two groups had statistical meanings (P<0.05). Meanwhile, the differences had no statistical meaning if comparing experimental group with curative effect after treatments; the differences had statistical meaning if comparing control group with curative effect after treatments.(2) Systemic syndrome of experimental group had been improved greatly while control group had not obviously after curing, so the differences between two groups had statistical meaning.Conclusion:To treat knee osteoarthritis by the combination of arthroscopic debridement and massage have advantages,and worthing of clinical attention.This treatment can not only dispose articular pathological changes targeted in the joint, also it has special curative effects on extra articular tissues;it treats disease both inside and outside, effective in treatment.
