| Research purposesVertebral artery type cervical spondylosis,the English full name vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis,referred to as CSA,is a common type of clinical cervical spondylosis,and the recurrence rate is relatively high,seriously reducing the quality of life of patients,for the patient himself and The family has a heavy burden.With the development of modern society,the long-term use of modern equipment such as smart phones,non-standard sitting posture and other unhealthy lifestyles have spread,the disease has become more frequent and younger in recent years,jeopardizing more and more patients.In order to provide high-quality evidence-based medical evidence for the development of CSA’s standardized Chinese medicine treatment program,this study aims to comprehensively quantify the efficacy and safety of Cheng’s manipulation combined with Baihui pressure moxibustion to treat the elderly through reasonable indicators.research methodEligible CSA patients were randomly assigned to the treatment group and the control group by a single blind method,30 cases in each group,a total of 60 cases.The treatment group used in the treatment group was Cheng’s method combined with Baihui pressure moxibustion,and the control group was treated with Cheng’s method alone.Both groups were given appropriate life details guidance.During the experiment,the vertigo symptoms and function evaluation table and the simple McGill pain score were performed in two time periods(before treatment and after treatment),and the relevant data were recorded in detail.Preliminary results of the scores After using Excel to establish a database,statistical software such as SPSS19.0 is used for statistical analysis of the data,and a suitable description analysis is performed based on the results.Research resultsBefore treatment,Baihui pressure moxib.ustion combined with Cheng’s manipulation group and simple Cheng’s manipulation group scored in gender,age,disease course,cervical vertigo symptoms and function evaluation scale,simplified McGill pain inquiry scale,and no statistical significance after analysis.,indicating that the data of the two groups are comparable.After three weeks of treatment,the comparison of cervical vertigo symptoms and functional assessment scales showed that Baihui pressure moxibustion combined with Cheng’s manipulation group and simple Cheng’s manipulation group had different degrees of vertigo,head,neck and shoulder pain symptoms.Better,and the clinical efficacy of Baihui pressure moxibustion combined with Cheng’s manipulation group in the symptoms of dizziness,headache,life and work ability,psychological and social adjustment is more obvious than the simple Cheng’s manipulation group,in terms of neck and shoulder pain Not obvious.However,in terms of overall pain assessment,the comparison of the simplified McGill Pain Questionnaire scale showed that the overall pain improvement of the Baihui pressure moxibustion combined with the Cheng’s manipulation group was significantly better than that of the simple manipulation group.It can be seen that both treatments can have a certain effect on vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis,but combined with Baihui pressure moxibustion on the basis of the technique,it can better improve local symptoms and promote the recovery of neck function.Research conclusionThrough this clinical study,a single Cheng’s manipulation method is a treatment plan for a certain clinical effect on vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis.However,Cheng’s technique combined with Baihui’s moxibustion treatment program expands the treatment level on the basis of single-handed treatment and significantly improves the therapeutic effect.It is a safe,clean and easy-to-promote new treatment plan,which provides a clinical study for Chinese medicine treatment of CSA.The new ideas also provide a level of evidence-based medical evidence for the development of standardized Chinese medicine CSA. |
