Recently, a large number of college students graduate every year in our country, social competition is fierce. Employing units in the recruitment, are increasingly tend to have the ability and experience of University graduates. Therefore, many college students have to find internship opportunities to enrich their social practice and the ability of individuals. But in practice, the university will face a lot of work pressure. Therefore, the investigation and study, in School University internship as the research object, trying to find them in the practice work pressure source, and puts forward appropriate measures to reduce the pressure.This research adopts the method of literature and questionnaire, the author through literature research and preliminary results of interviews, to sort out the University intern job stress questionnaire. Then the questionnaire data analysis, the study results. The present investigation issued a total of250copies of the questionnaires,222copies of effective questionnaires, the recovery rate is88.8%. The questionnaire consists of39variables, through data analysis, ultimately decided on37variable analysis.The author of the questionnaire variables for data analysis, will affect the University intern job stress variables into two factors. One factor is the external environmental pressure factors, another factor is the personal oneself pressure source factor. And on the two factors in the study found, University intern at work are different degrees of pressure. Then, the author has the different groups of the interns were studied, with different gender, different professional categories, in the different unit practice to distinguish. Through the studying, found that women in the external environmental factors of stress than men, while men in the personal factors of pressure are better than women. Engineering Intern in the external environment factors in the pressure chamber, and arts intern pressure than science and Engineering Intern pressure. The distinct nature of the internship students, private enterprises for the strongest sense of pressure.Based on the data collection and analysis, the author found that caused the University intern job stress is the cause of the practice unit, school, social policy and law by Thus, according to different causes, in order to empowerment theory as the basis, combined with the practice of social work methods, some can alleviate university intern working pressure measure.
