Objective: By combining qualitative and quantitative method, to analyze the dimensions and main components of the psychological stressors of pregnant women, to analyze the relevant impact factors by multiple hierarchical linear regression analysis, then to understand the level psychological stress, stressors distribution and the relevant impact factors of pregnant women, and to explore the family care felt by pregnant women and the role that their individual psychological capital ease the psychological stress, as well as the positive practical significance of this study to promote the pregnant women health and fetal health.Methods: Seven different levels of hospitals were selected by combining self-designed questionnaires and proven questionnaire methods. 387 questionnaires were issued, 308 questionnaires were recovered, 306 valid questionnaires. The effective rate was 79.07%. To use Epidata3.0 software and SPSS 13.0 statistical software for analysis, and using exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, to explore the dimensions structure of psychological stressors of pregnant women, using Pearson correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis, to analyze related factors and causal relation. Results: Results: The six major psychological stressors born by pregnant women are, ordering as the degree, shape changes, fetal health, fear of pregnancy, childbirth safety, work life and family factors; higher levels of anxiety and depression of sample of pregnant women, detected in 29.6%, more than a quarter of pregnant women suffer from anxiety and distress; sample of pregnant women, detection rate of 67.06% of depression, more than two-thirds of pregnant women suffer from depression problems, depression is serious more than anxiety; the pregnant women not learned and understood the knowledge about pregnant health have high anxiety; the pregnant women which have had experience of abortion is higher anxiety than the pregnant women not abortions; older pregnant women have higher depression; the pregnant women with lack of pregnant women knowledge have higher level of depression; depression levels of the pregnant women with good feel-health were lower than those with bad feel-health; the pregnant women with subjective feelings of high family care felt less anxiety and depression levels, so the family care for pregnant women can reduce the psychological stress of pregnant women, while pregnant women with a higher degree of subjective feelings of family care are less affected by family factors, and reduction in fear on childbirth safety; pregnant women with a higher level of psychological capital have lower levels of anxiety and depression, so pregnant women with the higher inner psychological capital can relieve a greater degree anxiety and depression levels of psychological stress brought by pregnant; the same time, relatively, pregnant women with the higher individual psychological capital have less affected by their families, work life, childbirth safety, fetal health and pregnant fear.Conclusion: In the context of Chinese cultural tradition and the existing economic and social development, pregnant women face different psychological stressors, including the six factors; pregnant women suffer widespread anxiety, depression and higher levels of psychological stress; that good family care and individual psychological capital alleviate the psychological stress level of pregnant women has an important positive role; to avoid reasonably these stressors is significant for the reduction of psychological stress and anxiety and the maintain the health of pregnant women and fetal.
