City is one of the main forms that show the civilization of human society andurbanization is also a main symbol of the development of human civilization. Afterentering21th century, national economy develops very fast which push the process ofurbanization. Currently, the urbanization of our country has covered over47%of thecountry, which is one of the fast-growing urbanization countries in the past thirty years.At the same time, our country also is walking on the road of emergencies. Due to thereason that China has a high population aggregation, frequently communicationsbetween people, concentration of social conflicts which make china become a high-riskarea of emergencies. Therefore, under such circumstances, it is very meaningful for theimprovement of emergent public health situation in cities, the maintenance of socialstability, the protection of people’ life and the security of property to research on theemergent management of public health event in cities.This article mainly focuses on the research on the emergency management of publichygiene affairs outburst in cities.
